Payment

You may pay for AME Products by using: (i) a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB credit card or debit card; or (ii) Stripe or PayPal, each a “Payment Method.” You agree that your selected Payment Method may be charged by AME when you place an order for any AME Product. You agree to pay all amounts due for AME Products at the time you order them. All amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise noted in Shipping and Returns terms below. Confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address on file for your account, or the email address provided during Guest Checkout. You are responsible for all taxes and tariffs related to inter-country shipments. AME will collect and report federal, provincial, and local taxes applicable to your shipping address, and charge such taxes to your Payment Method. If AME is unable to successfully charge your Payment Method for the full amount owed, you agree that AME may pursue all available lawful remedies in order to obtain payment.

Refund Policy Digital PIN Subscription.

Ebooks, digital audio, digital videos, online digital course access, software, or any other digitally delivered products are not refundable if redeemed, activated, accessed, or downloaded. Refund requests for digital products that have not been redeemed, activated, accessed, or downloaded must be requested within 7 days of the date of purchase by emailing digitalrefund@kendallhunt.com. Please include your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.
All digital products are not returnable for purchases made by Bookstores, Schools, Associations, Professional or Government Organizations, and College Departments. Please refer to your original purchase invoice for items that are non-returnable.


Products and Pricing.

AME reserves the right to amend any of its pricing at any time without prior written notice, and the pricing at the time of your purchase shall apply. AME, without any penalty or liability, reserves the right, at any time and without notice to you, (a) to publish or replace current AME Products with new, revised, or updated products at any time; and (b) to place any AME Product "out of print" or discontinue offering the product for purchase.
